Gone above and beyond

When we first bid on a home in Wiscasset, Sherri had to conduct several negotiations with the owner of the property, and he was not so easy to work with. When things didn't pan out, as the owner was a bit inflexible, Sherri reassured us we would find the property that was right for us. Never did we feel pressured, and the best part was Sherri really understood and listened to what we were wanting. She got us, and our wants and needs.

She has gone above and beyond her duty every step of the way. Because we are out of state, she went the extra mile and set up all the appointments for us with the home inspector, septic inspector, and title company. She willingly gave us information about questions we had about building, about demolishing a garage and anything we asked. Like I said, she always went the extra mile, and was there if we had a question. Our calls and emails were always returned promptly.

She has driven way out to Belfast many times and was even kind enough to come look at my parents cottage as they may be putting it on the market. I hope they will use Sherri to list it if they do. We highly recommended they do.

Our closing on a house that we love is on Friday, and for us it will not be a good bye, as we consider Sherri a friend, and plan to stay in touch.
